Sheet 1 of 4 No comments Sheet 2 of 4 1. In 3rd paragraph of Scope of Work, correct length dimension for second catwalk section from inches to feet. 2. In 5th paragraph of Scope of Work, add clarifying phrase or sentence that third existing catwalk section is to remain (4’ x 30”, consistent with detail on Sheet 3). 3. In 9th paragraph of Scope of Work, provide reference to location detail on existing and replacement tek screws attaching Z-clips to metal stringers. 4. In 11th paragraph of Scope of Work, clarify if there is any difference between the existing and like replacement fixed ladders as to OSHA standards. 5. In 12th through 16th paragraphs of Scope Work, clarify if attaching bolts are new like or reinstallation of existing. 6. Add note indicating whether light fixtures are to be rotated or otherwise moved during course of work and, if so, include provision for special inspection to assure Outdoor Lighting Code compliance. 7. Add standard note regarding removal of light fixtures from site, replicating Billboard Note #11 on Site Plan. 8. Add appropriate detail on location of existing and replacement tek screws attaching Z-clips to metal stringers. 9. In East Sign Elevation indicate unipole as existing and to remain. Sheet 3 of 4 1. In Existing Ledgers Attachment Detail Upper, add length dimension of catwalk ledger. 2. Add detail on method of attachment of ladder rungs to flatbar siderails and revise diameter of rungs if necessary. 3. In Upper Catwalk Access Ladder, add vertical dimensions for the locations of the top and bottom catwalk angle mounting clips. Sheet 4 of 4 1. In Catwalk Detail (Interior Top), revise depiction of catwalk to more accurately reflect stated total length dimension of 47’3’ (catwalk should protrude 1’5” beyond north end face edge of billboard at this dimension). 2. In Catwalk Detail (Interior Bottom), match the left dimension line to the end of the catwalk (rather than the billboard face edge). 3. As the three details at the lower left corner of the sheet appear to relate to interior catwalks, clarify by adding “Interior” to the title for each detail as applicable. 4. As the Catwalk Splice Detail and Catwalk Detail (End View) depicted in the upper right corner of the sheet appear to relate to exterior catwalks, clarify by adding “Exterior” to the title for each detail as applicable. 5. In [Interior] Catwalk Section Attachment Detail (Top View), clarify how the two replacement catwalk sections will be attached to the third section that is to remain; if third section is to be removed and reinstalled, so state at all applicable locations on the plan sheets.
