Sheet 1 of 3 1. In Billboard Note #3, correct Assessor Parcel Number. 2. In Billboard Note #8, provide reference to Exhibit 5 being under the Pima County Stipulation as now administered by the City of Tucson. 3. Add standard Billboard Note #11 regarding removal of light fixtures from the site (“Light fixtures shall not be removed from the premises, except upon request in instances where the fixtures cannot be secured on site, in which case the fixtures may be removed from the premises only if marked for identification by a third party special inspector approved by the City.”). Sheet 2 of 3 1. In first boxed note below Scope of Work, provide reference to authorizing exhibits being under the Pima County Stipulation as now administered by the City of Tucson; correct from Exhibit C to Exhibit 9 (same under both Stipulations), and provide authorizing subsections of Exhibit 9, Section 2 of the Pima County Stipulation (Note: in an anomaly in both Stipulations, the main body uses the term “Paragraph” whereas the exhibits use the term “Section” for the equivalent divisions of the text). 2. Add note indicating whether light fixtures to remain in place during work or to be rotated, removed or in any other way moved from their current fixed positions. 3. Add standard note on removal of light fixtures from site, replicating added Billboard Note #11 {“Light fixtures shall not be removed from the premises, except upon request in instances where the fixtures cannot be secured on site, in which case the fixtures may be removed from the premises only if marked for identification by a third party special inspector approved by the City.”). 4. In East Face Elevation, add depiction of existing light fixtures (attached to second uprights from respective outer edges) and indicate unipole as existing and to remain. 5.
