2. Policy LT7.b states Use the Future Growth Scenario Map in conjunction with ....discretionary rezonings, variances, special exceptions, and other land use decisions.

3. Future Growth Scenario Map, Mixed-use Center Guideline LT28.5.8 States: Support infill and redevelopment projects that reflects sensitivity to site and neighborhood conditions and adhere to relevant site and architectural design guidelines.
