Review RESUBMITTAL REQUIRED: TDOT Permit Review Section has reviewed the subject PIA paving plan and does not recommend approval at this time. The following comments need to be addressed and plans revised prior to resubmittal. Please include a response letter addressing the following comments and return redlined drawings with subsequent submittal. 1. Revise the Public Paving Plans to include a profile of the retention bleed pipe. 2. Revise the Public Paving Plans to include a dimensioned detail of the proposed basin outlet structure and outlet scour protection within the Kinnison Wash. The outlet structure must be designed to withstand flows from a 100 Yr. event within the Kinnison Wash. Provide all supporting hydraulic analysis for review. 3. Submit a PDF copy of the final approved soils report and drainage report. 4. Revise the Public Paving Plans to include a note indicating that the homowners association will be responsible for the maintenance of the bleed pipe. 5. Provide a pedestrian access easement for where the portion of sidewalk along Prudence Road that encroaches into common area "A-3".
