PROJECT REVIEWER: Richard Leigh, TDOT, TDOT Eng. Review

RESUBMITTAL REQUIRED: TDOT Permit Review Section has reviewed the subject PIA paving plan and does not recommend approval at this time. The following comments need to be addressed and plans revised prior to resubmittal. Please include a response letter addressing the following comments and return redlined drawings with subsequent submittal.

1. Include the plan number "I-2015-019" in the title block of each sheet.

2. Include the PIA activity number "T15PI00022 on cover sheet.

3. Include complete details for the drainage improvements within the Kinnison Wash. Improvements must be designed to withstand flows during a 100yr event. Provide all hydraulic calculations for sizing structures.

4. Please Refer to redline plans for additional comments and comment details.
