The TDOT Streets & Traffic Maintenance Division/Electric Shop has reviewed the PIA Plan and recommends denial/resubmittal. The following comments need to be addressed prior to submitting the mylar plan set for final approval.

1. Modify the plans to reflect the relocation of the proposed pole from location Sta. 34+70 to relocate to new location of Sta. 33+40 or 33+30. This places the pole spacing more consistent with the existing spacing.
