Review RESUBMITTAL REQUIRED: TDOT Permit Review Section has reviewed the subject PIA paving plan and does not recommend approval at this time. The following comments need to be addressed and plans revised prior to resubmitting plans for review. Please include a response letter addressing the following comments and return redlined drawings with subsequent submittal. 1. Place the plan number "U-2015-015" in the title block of each sheet. 2. Place the PIA activity number "T15PI00020 on cover sheet. 3. Place associated Development Plan number on cover sheet. 4. Revise title blocks to include the roadway names "Valencia Road and Valley Indian Agency Road". The title should be identical for all sheets. Specific sheet details may be noted above title block. 5. Provide curb elevations for all proposed new curb. 6. Indicate the placement of H=6" Type II vertical curb Per PC/COT Std. Dtl. 209 at the back of the curb access ramps. 7. Sheet 2: Provide a detail of the proposed median nose or reference PC/COT standard detail. 8. Sheet 2: Provide stationing, offsets and elevations for the proposed raise median island located at +/- Sta. 30+60, RT Valencia Road. Additionally, indicate the final surface treatment for the island. 9. Provide a detail of the of the west side of the western driveway on Valencia Road. Depict proposed scupper and indicate slope grades and rip-rap details. A two (2) foot minimum set back must be provided from the hinge point of any cut and fill slope on private property and the property line per COT Technical Standard manual. 10. Sheet 2: Clearly show how stormwater flows will be conveyed across the western driveway on Valencia Road. 11. Sheet 2: Existing curb and pavement structural section must be matched. Please see PCTDOT construction as-built paving plan 4VRMRI-1-0 Valencia Road Mission Road to Interstate 19. 12. Sheet 3: Provide complete details of the proposed drainage channel located at Sta. +/- 33+50, RT Valencia Road. 13. Sheet 3: Locate the curb access ramps within the curb radii at the eastern driveway on Valencia Road. 14. Sheet 4: Locate the curb access ramps within the curb radii on all proposed driveway along Valley Indian Agency Road. 15. Sheet 9 - Sign Post Installation Detail: Provide a Square Tube Slip Base per PC/COT Signing Manual Detail Sheet 8-3. 16. Sheet 9: Provide Typical Median End Treatments to the proposed median island extension per PCTDOT & TDOT Traffic Engineering Pavement Marking Standards, sheet 5-13.
