SUBJECT: Public Roadway Improvement Plans for Minorka Road at Rio Viejo U-2015-013 T15PI00017

PROJECT REVIEWER: Richard Leigh, TDOT, TDOT Eng. Review

RESUBMITTAL REQUIRED: TDOT Permit Review Section has reviewed the subject PIA paving plan and recommends a conditional approval. The following comments need to be addressed and plans revised prior to submittal of the mylar plan set for signatures. Please include a response letter addressing the following comments and return redlined drawings with subsequent submittal.

1. Include the plan number "U-2015-013" in the title block of each sheet.

2. Include the PIA activity number "T15PI00017 on cover sheet.

3. Sheet 1: Revise Arizona Blue Stake label with latest version. Arizona 811 has a new, updated label for engineering prints and plans and it is now available in JPG, PDF and DXF formats on their website under "Resources" - http://www.arizona811.com/resources.
