Include the PIA activity number "T15PI00014 on cover sheet. 3. Label all the beginning and ending of horizontal curves for the proposed concrete curb. 4. Provide complete details for all for all proposed roadway infrastructure improvements associated with this development. 5. Indicate final surface treatment for median island; must match proposed Silverbell Rd improvements (I-2012-013). 6.
