Resubmittal Required: Traffic Engineering does not recommend approval of the PIA Plan therefore a revised plan is required for re-submittal. The following items must be revised or added to the plan. Include a response letter with the next submittal that states how all comments have been addressed.

1. Sheet 3 of 9: Remove and relocate speed hump. Include striping and signs. Call Traffic Engineering, Jesse Soto, Neighborhood Traffic Management for alternate location. 791-4259

2. Sheet 3 of 9: Place new object markers (Type 1 OM1-3 MUTCD).along Avenida Ricardo Small facing Wright School Loop eastbound exits to indicate wash ahead as redlined on plan.

3. Show Street Name signs. Must be approved by traffic engineering before fabrication. Call 791-4259

The TDOT Engineering Review Unit has reviewed the PIA Plan and recommends resubmittal. The following comments need to be addressed in the subsequent plan submittal.
