RESUBMITTAL REQUIRED: TDOT Permits Section has reviewed the subject PIA paving plan and does not recommend approval at this time. The following comments need to be addressed prior to resubmittal of drawings for review. Redlined drawings must be returned with subsequent submittal.

1. Include the plan number "U-2015-009" in the title block of each sheet.

2. Include the PIA activity number "T15PI00009 on cover sheet.

3. Provide a curb median nose per PC/COT Standard Detail 214 and PCDOT/TDOT Pavement Design Markings typical median end treatments.

4. Reference PC/COT Standard Detail 211 for all new to existing concrete curb connections.

5. Provide curb elevations for the proposed sections for the median curbing.
