05/11/2015 GARY WITTWER DOT LANDSCAPE REVIEW Denied Is the new median island on Leonora a requirement? If it is installed and has landscape -the City can not maintain it and it will be the development's responsibility to maintain both the landscape and irrigation - this includes paying for water. Please submit landscape and irrigation plans on next submittal.

Note: private irrigation lines can not cross public roadways. Therefore you will be required to install a new meter and backflow in the median.

1. C - Typical Road Section, STA 11+01.23 - STA 12+39.91 Sheet 3 - New 2" minimum overlay or chip & slurry seal.
