The following comments need to be addressed prior to resubmittal of mylar plan set for final approval. Redlined drawings must be returned with subsequent submittal. Please reference PIA activity number on all correspondences. 1. Include the plan number "U-2015-003" in the title block of each sheet. 2. Include the PIA activity number "T15PI00007 on cover sheet. 3. Sheet 1 & 2: Depict and label City and county jurisdiction lines. 4. Sheet 1: Add a map showing the location and extent of work to be performed drawn to a scale of 1" = 100'. 5. Sheet 2: Revise drawing to clearly indicate the extent of the work to be performed with this plan set. 6.
