Review RESUBMITTAL REQUIRED: TDOT Permits Section has reviewed the subject PIA paving plan and does not recommend approval at this time. The following comments need to be addressed prior to resubmittal of drawings for review. Redlined drawings must be returned with subsequent submittal. Please reference PIA activity number on all correspondences. 1. Include the plan number "U-2015-001" in the title block of each sheet. 2. Include the PIA activity number "T15PI00005 on cover sheet. 3. The lateral transition of the sidewalk between +/- Sta. 15+15 and 15+35 LT (Speedway Blvd.) exceeds the maximum allowable per TSM 10-01.3.3.D.1.d. Revise to comply with standard. 4. The existing driveway located at +/- 19+15 Lt (Speedway Blvd.) does not meet current ADA requirements. Revise to per to TSM 10-01.4.1.D.1. Please refer to TSM 10-01.3.3. 5. 5. Provide a note indicating that any sidewalk which is damaged or does not meet ADA requirements must be removed and replaced to current standards or identify and indicate the sections that need to be removed and replaced. Please refer to TSM 10-01.3.3, 10-01.4.0., 10-01.4.D.1 and Tucson City Code Chapter 25, Sec. 25-12. 6. Provide a pedestrian passing spaces, per TSM 10-01.1.A.1.a., on sidewalk along Speedway Blvd and Maguire Avenue.
