Please see my comments below:

1. Sheet 1 of 3:

Please remove any references to City personal from City Notes. For example, note 4 (Sun Link Notes), should refer to DOT Engineering Permitting not Chris Leighton.

Sheet 2 of 3:

a. The new sidewalk area should consist of concrete sidewalk areas with brick bands, not brick sidewalk with concrete bands.

b. Plan view should indicate actual dimensions for separation between existing curbing and existing track slab.

c. For pedestrian safety, an handrail should be provided along the new curing alignment.

d. The proposed roof drain system should include clean-outs for future maintenance. In addition, please verify that the positive drainage will be provided.

e. Show existing striping and parking meters as applicable.

Sheet 3 of 3:

a. Show demolition limits needed to install proposed vertical curbing. Will the proposed curbing and improvements (including excavation needed to install curbing) impact any utilities, including SunLink underground power lines?

b. Detail 5: Indicate any new striping and relocated parking meters.
