COMMENTS: the following comments are relative to an application for a Design Development Option (DDO) (UDC 3.11.1).


This site is located in the C-2 zone (UDC 4.7.21). Research and Product Development
is a permitted use in this zone (Table 4.8-4).

The minimum setback is 1-1/2 the height of the structure's wall facing each interior property line (Table 6.3-4.A).

Based on an exterior wall height of 21'-6" the required perimeter yard setback from the proposed addition to the east property line is 32'-3", proposed perimeter yard setback is 6'-0".

This review is for DDO comments only and in why constitutes a development package review, addition comments will be forth coming once a development package has been submitted.
