Zoning has reviewed the building plan for compliance with the current DP (Development Package) site plan and the zoning requirements as they apply to the building. While the building plans are in substantial compliance with the DP as it relates to the zoning review purview, zoning cannot approve the building plans at this time. As of this review date the DP15-0188 has not been approved by all CDRC/PDSD plan reviewers so technically the building plan cannot be approved by zoning at this time. 2. Zoning is willing to review the building plans over the counter once the DP has been approved and included with the building plan set. 3. Ensure that the DP plan sheets that have been included in the building plans package are updated with the most current or approved DP plan sheets on the next building plan submittal.
