COMMENTS: Please resubmit building drawings along with redlines and a response letter, which states how all Zoning Review Section comments were addressed, if any.

1. Zoning has reviewed the building plan for compliance with the current DP (Development Package) site plan and the zoning requirements as they apply to the building. While the building plans are in substantial compliance with the DP as it relates to the zoning review purview, zoning cannot approve the building plans at this time.

As of this review date the DP has not been approved by all CDRC/PDSD plan reviewers so technically the building plan cannot be approved by zoning at this time.

2. Zoning will re-review the building plans on the next submittal and compare them to the approved site plan if available. Zoning is willing to review the building plans over the counter and approve them if the development package is approved and available for comparison.

3. Ensure that the DP plan sheets that have been included in the building plans package are updated with the most current or approved DP plan sheets on the next building plan submittal.
