Additional zoning review will be done to ensure that the plans have not been revised from the first zoning review and also review HPZ conditions that apply to the proposed development, if any. 02. HPZ review and approval required prior to actual approval by PDSD zoning. Resubmit the proposed plans to the zoning reviewer at the PDSD zoning counter for final review and signoff. If changes are made to the plans include as reference a copy of the plot plan that includes the signature and note made by the zoning reviewer. 03. List the HPZ case number in the lower right corner of the plan sheets, list any conditions of the HPZ approval as a note, and demonstrate compliance with the HPZ conditions, if any.
