Building Plan (1st Review)

TRANSMITTAL DATE: November 2, 2015

1. The building plan has been reviewed by Zoning Review Section but cannot approve the plan until all zoning comments or concerns have been addressed.

2. The building plans appear to match development package DP15-0185 but cannot approve the building plans until the development package has been approved by all PDSD review agencies.

3. Sheet A101, lower left corner of the sheet there is a note, "NEW AMBULANCE ENTRY SIGN" that points to the middle of the sidewalk. It appears that this sign encroaches into the sidewalk.

4. Until the above comments have been addressed and all other PDSD review agencies have approved the building plans zoning cannot approve.
