2. The building plans appear to match development package DP15-0130 but cannot approve the building plans until the development package has been approved by all PDSD review agencies.

3. Until the above comments have been addressed and all other PDSD review agencies have approved the building plans zoning cannot approve.

11/05/2015 ROBERT SHERRY MECHANICAL-COMMERCIAL REVIEW Reqs Change 1. Coordinate the balancing data for exhaust fan EF-A1. It is scheduled for 450 CFM on sheets M2.00 and M2.01 but the balancing data on sheet M1.01 shows a total air flow of 550 CFM. Reference: Section 107.2.1, IBC 2012.
2. Clarify the Envelope Compliance Certificate with regard to the type of wall insulation being used. Most of the exterior wall types (e.g. E, F, H, and K) appear to be built with cavity insulation, not continuous insulation. Include the wall type designation on the component description in COMcheck. Reference: Section C103.2, IECC 2012.
3. Provide heating and cooling load calculations that justify the capacities of the new heating and cooling equipment specified for the project. Reference: Sections C403.2.1 and C403.2.2, IECC 2012, and Section 312.1, IMC 2012.
