ARCHITECTURALLY, THERE IS NO CODE ANALYSIS FOR THE WEST PORTION OF THE BUILDING (OCCUPANCY LOAD, REQUIRED EXITS, MEANS OF EGRESS, REQUIRED PLUMBING FIXTURES, TRAVEL DISTANCES, DEAD END CORRIDORS, ETC.). A NEW CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCY WILL BE REQUIRED FOR THIS SPACE. THE MECHANICAL, PLUMBING, AND ELECTRICAL ISSUES ARE NOT CLEAR. NEW REQUIREMENTS FOR THE PLUMBING FIXTURES, MECHANICAL SYSTEMS, AND NEW ELECTRICAL REQUIREMENTS MUST BE INCLUDED ON THE PLANS. FIRE REQUIREMENTS MUST BE REVIEWED AND INCLUDED ON THE PLANS.
