4. Until the above comments have been addressed and all other PDSD review agencies have approved the building plans zoning cannot approve.

This letter reflects comments to be addressed. The purpose of this review is to verify compliance to the 2012 International Building Code and local amendments. Plans must be of sufficient clarity to indicate the location, nature and extent of the work proposed, 102.2.1.
