09/14/2015 ROBERT SHERRY PLUMBING-COMMERCIAL REVIEW Reqs Change 1. The private sewer collection system serving buildings 1, 5, and 6 has private manholes and a projected flow of over 3,000 GPD based on Table 1, Title 18, Chapter 9 of the Arizona Administrative Code. A separate permit will be required for this system and it will have to be approved by the Pima County Department of Environmental Quality.
2. Coordinate the design for the connection of the building drains to the private sewer collection system; the civil drawings show only one point of connection for the drains for the first-floor plumbing fixtures and one connection point for the drains serving the upper floors for the building.
3. Provide a cleanout at the base of each waste stack (see riser 1/P3.1 and the "other" 1/P3.1). Reference: Section 708.3.4, IPC 2012.
4. Provide the detail call-outs for the two CW &HW riser diagrams, 2/P3.1.
5. Clarify the demand calculations shown on the Pressure Loss Calculations; the demands for the two water meters are very different both from each other and from the demand shown on the calculations.
6. Include the third floor fixtures when determining the static lift used in the pressure loss calculations (28' not 15')
