The building plans have been reviewed by Zoning Review Section but cannot approve the plan until all zoning comments or concerns have been addressed. 2. Zoning cannot approve the building plans until approved and stamped by IID section. 3. The approved development package vehicle parking space calculation shows eleven (11) one (1) bedroom units and fourteen two (2) bedroom units, the building plans show eight (8) one (1) bedroom units and seventeen (17) two (2) bedroom units. The building plans need to match what is proposed on the development package. 4. Until the above comments have been addressed and all other PDSD review agencies have approved the building plans zoning cannot approve.
