1. The building plan has been reviewed by Zoning Review Section but cannot approve the plan until all zoning comments or concerns have been addressed.

2. The building plans appear to match development package DP15-0062 but cannot approve the building plans until the development package has been approved by all PDSD review agencies.

3. Until the above comments have been addressed and all other PDSD review agencies have approved the building plans zoning cannot approve.

09/28/2015 ROBERT SHERRY PLUMBING-COMMERCIAL REVIEW Reqs Change 1. Coffee makers require the use of a backflow preventer that is listed to ASSE 1022. Reference: Section 608.16.10, IPC 2012. [Initial comment: Appliances (e.g. beverage dispensers, ice makers, etc) to be directly connected to the water supply system that do not have listed, integral backflow preventers or integral air gaps conforming to Section 608.13.1, IPC require backflow prevention. Specify the type of backflow prevention device required for each water connection. Reference: Sections 608.1 and 608.3, IPC 2012.]
2. A water depth of 3" gives a rain load of approximately 15 PSF; verify with the structural engineer that the roof framing calculations will allow this load. Reference: Sections 1611.1 and 1611.3, IBC 2012. [Initial comment: Provide roof drainage and hydraulic scupper size calculations based on the 100-year hourly rainfall rate for Tucson, 3" per hour. 09/29/2015 ROBERT SHERRY MECHANICAL-COMMERCIAL REVIEW Reqs Change The NFRC certification numbers (CPD#) have not been included in this submittal. Factory-manufactured windows are required to have certificates attesting to their compliance to NFRC Standards 100 and 200 and can be provided by the manufacturer or found at www.nfrc.org. For site assembled commercial products (e.g. storefront), the NFRC component modeling approach program enables commercial window manufacturers to produce bid reports to prove energy performance prior to being awarded a job and provide finalized label certificates once the product has been installed. Provide a copy of a bid report from the glazing supplier to verify the U-values and the solar heat gain coefficients used in COMcheck. [Initial comment: Provide NFRC fenestration product ratings for the U-factor and the SHGC values on COMcheck or use the appropriate default U-factor and SHGC values from Tables C303.1.3 (1), C303.1.3 (2) and C303.1.3.(3), IECC 2012.
