#1. Per the plan sheet 5of 8, the one line diagram shows the point of the utility interconnection in the CT Cabinet via a backfed circuit breaker per note 13, also the plan shows warning label "10" applied. These items do not seem to correlate as CT Cabinets normally do not contain overcurrent protective devices.
#2. Please indicate the wiring methods applied for the PV utility interconnection at the CT Cabinet. Such as , utilizing existing or installing mechanical or crimp style lugs on the bus, or a line side tap, etc.
