The south property line dimension appears to be labeled as 84 feet on the site plan. The property dimension according to the plat is 81 feet. Revise the dimension as required. 2. The site plan drawing has not be drawn correctly. The structure shown behind front structure is closer to the property line than depicted on the site plan. Correct the location of the rear structure. Also remove the note for a "2nd house in the back" unless you can provide verification that the structure is approved as a second dwelling. 3. Also there appears to be two additional structures along the southeast corner of the property. Draw and label the structures. 4. Address the zoning comments and resubmit for review. |
