In order to facilitate a shorter back check time, we request that you please provide two complete sets of revised plans and calculations, along with a written response to each of the noted items indicating action taken. Other comment references may be derived from additional codes and standards adopted by The City of Tucson. All features have been checked only to the extent allowed by the submittals provided for review. All portions of this project are assumed to meet other departmental requirements, conditions and concerns before permit approval. Sheet T1.0 1. Please clarify the maximum allowable area for type VB construction for an E occupancy. The plan indicates 12,000 maximum and Table 503 specifies 9,500. Sheet G1.0 2. Demonstrate how the required exits on the east side of the building discharge to a public way without passing through the exit path of the required exit located on the south side of the building, 1027. Sheet A1.2 3. When the primary use of the plumbing fixtures will be for the use of children, the fixtures must comply with ANSI A177.1 - 604.11 Sheet S1.0 4.
