The building plans have been reviewed by Zoning Review Section but cannot approve the plan until all zoning comments or concerns have been addressed.

Zoning cannot approve the building plan until the site plan and elevation plan, stamped by the DDO section have been inserted into the drawing set.

Once the above comment is addressed Zoning is willing to provide an over-the-counter review. Call or email to schedule this appointment.
