COMMENT: The owner has constructed a 10 foot by 10 foot porch in the rear yard attached to the rear of the dwelling. The structure was built six inches from the property line. 2. Per the Zoning Administrator determination, any structure that is proposed less than one foot from the property line must be reviewed and approved through a Board of Adjustment process. |
