Delete the listed 2009 IFC and use instead the 2012 IFC. b. In all drawings and code references, please delete the reference to ADA. The adopted accessibility code is the 2012 IBC, Chapter 11 and the 2009 ICC A117.1. Insure all accessibility details comply with these code requirements. 4. For accurate costs analysis and fee determination, please provide a cost breakdown as listed below: a. There are four existing building that show various items of repair and alteration. Please provide a separate cost estimate for each of the following: alterations for buildings "D" and "F" and relocation of the existing steel canopy "J". 5. It would be nice to have a partition schedule and full height architectural wall sections. SHEET A0 6. The building code analysis for each building states that sprinkler systems are not required. However, the plumbing plans clearly show fire sprinkler risers for building A and B and none for the rest of the buildings. Please explain. SHEET A1 7. For the drive ramps at the Maintenance Shop, the Fenced Yard and the Tool Storage, provide a 5' wide accessible route accross the front of all drives with a running slope not to exceed 5% and a cross slope not to exceed 2%. Place the drive ramp at the outter edge of the accessible route. 8. For all side walk ramps shown on the floor plans, provide an up/down directional arrow with a 1:12 max slope requirement note. 9. What's the purpose of the two ramps and landing at the NE corner of the tool storage building? 10. As per the toilet fixture calculations shown on sheet A0, the women's toilet is to be provided 3 w.c. and 2 Lavs. What is shown on the drawing floor plan and elevation is 2 w.c. and 1 urnial and 2 lavs. What's up Doc? 11. All accessible route slopes are to comply with the 2009 ICC A1171.1, Section 403.3; 5% maximum running slope and 2% cross slopes. Please provide a note on the drawings to that effect. SHEET A2 12. What looks like a tilt up concrete exterior wall panel is not identified nor is it on the wall legend. Please clarify. SHEET A6 13. At detail 3, if the urinal wall panels are deeper than 2'-0", the urinal stall must be 3'-0" wide. Please reconcile by provideing a dimension on the urinal panels. 14. All details have incorrect scale references. Please reconcile. SHEETS A9 THROUGH A12 15. Call out all exterior finishes. SHEET A13 16. Call out all roofing types. 17.
