The drain for the new mop sink is noted as being connected to the existing grease waste line but the plumbing plan shows the drain from the mop sink bypassing the grease interceptor. 7. The new water heater is noted as being gas-fired; provide a natural gas piping design, including the piping layout on a floor plan and a natural gas schematic showing the sizes, loads and developed lengths of the piping.
