2. Verify that the proposed ¾" water service to the new building is adequate to move 10 GPM at a pressure drop of only 2.3 PSI per 100-feet. Note: include the continuous demand (i.e. not a fixture unit) for the three evaporative coolers when determining the total flow to the building. Reference: Section 107.2.1, IBC 2012.
3. Provide the minimum plumbing facilities required by Table 2902.1, IBC 2012, for business occupancy (a bottled water dispenser is not recognized as a substitute for a drinking fountain). Reference: Sections 1109.5 and 2902.1, IBC 2012.
4. The proposed mixing valve, Watts L111, is an obsolete product and it appears that it is no longer listed. Provide a mixing valve that is listed to ASSE 1070. Reference: Sections 303.4 and 607.1.2, IPC 2012.
