A Special Exception process and approval is required (UDC Section 4.3.2 and Table 4.8-4: Use Specific Standards 4.9.13.P and one of the following groups 4.9.4.I.1, & 4.9.13.E or 4.9.4.I.2 & .3 &.4.a or .4.b). A Special Exception has been approved (SE-15-08). The Special Exception is for 2721 East Benson Highway. The permit and the drawings must be for the same address as the Special Exception. Properly revise the address on all sheets. The line work and the text for the site plans and elevations is too light. Half tones did not come out clear and do not reproduce well. These drawings cannot be properly archived. Provide the Special Exception decision letter. Demonstrate compliance, with all the conditions stated in the letter, on the plans. Provide condition "c" as a note on the elevation drawings. a. The site plan shall clearly illustrate compliance with all conditions through the use of details, diagrams and/or notes. b. A copy of this decision letter shall be included with the site plan at the time of permit application submittal. c. Paint antennas and appurtenances to match existing color scheme. d. Cables shall be routed through the interior of the monopole, and shall not be visible. |
