PREVIOUS COMMENTS:
1. The Tucson Water policy adopted 7/13/12 limits the maximum demand for a 5/8" water meter to 15 GPM Reference Tables P2903.6 and P2903.6 (1), IRC 2012.
Note: Provide minimum ¾" water meter for the proposed demand.
2. All construction drawings submitted after June 1, 2010 for one- or two-family dwellings must provide gray water utilization or preparation, Ordinance #10579/11089 revised July 9, 2013.
Note: Gravity discharge is required when feasible. Show multiple discharge outlets for the proposed clothes washing machine with the gray water line exiting above grade.
3. Provide Manual J/S/D calculations for the forced air unit in accordance with M1401.3, M1601.1.
Note: The calculations provided do not match the construction drawings.
