2. The building plans appear to meet the proposed development package but Zoning cannot approve until a development package has been approved.

3. Zoning will re-review the building plan on the next submittal to insure compliance with the approved development package. Additional comments may be forthcoming.

2. Coordinate the component descriptions in the COMcheck envelope compliance certificate with the building plans (e.g. there is no continuous insulation on the roof and the walls are shown with R-19 insulation on the drawings).
3. Revise the mechanical design to comply with the requirements of Section C406, IECC 2012.
4. Clarify the efficiency of the proposed water heater; the energy factor (EF, test procedure DOE 10 CFR part 430) is expressed as a decimal, not as a whole number. Reference: Table C404.2, IECC 2012.
5. Provide calculations demonstrating adequate ventilation using the current code, the 2012 IMC. Reference: Section 403.2, IMC 2012.

02/11/2015 ROBERT SHERRY PLUMBING-COMMERCIAL REVIEW Reqs Change 1. Revise the water demand calculation using the fixture unit values for public fixtures, not private fixtures. Hose bibbs have a continuous demand and are to be assigned a GPM demand and added to the demand determined for the plumbing fixtures. Reference: Sections E102.1 and E103.3 (2.1), IPC 2012.
2. Water supply connections to beverage dispensers shall be protected with backflow preventers conforming to ASSE 1022. Reference: Section 608.16.1, IPC 2012.
3. Provide the rim elevation of the next upstream sanitary manhole. Determine the need for a backwater valve per Section 715.1, IPC 2012, as amended by the City of Tucson.
4. Provide separate indirect waste pipes for each compartment of the 3-compartment sink to protect against cross-contamination or fouling. Reference: Sections 801.2 and 802.1.8, IPC 2012.
5. Hand sinks in the kitchen are allowed to connect to the sanitary waste system instead of the grease waste system only if each sink has a sign posted above it stating, "HANDWASH SINK ONLY! NO FOOD PREPARATION OR DISHWASHING ALLOWED." Reference: Section 1003.3, IPC 2012, as amended by the City of Tucson.
6. The minimum capacity for a hydromechanical grease interceptor shall be 25 GPM and 50-pounds of grease storage. Provide a specification for the hydromechanical grease interceptor. Reference: Section 1003.3, IPC 2012, as amended by the City of Tucson.
7. Show that the water-cooled equipment complies with Section 929, IMC 2012, as amended by the City of Tucson for water conservation.
02/18/2015 DAN SANTA CRUZ ELECTRICAL-COMMERCIAL REVIEW Reqs Change #1 .Please show full compliance with the Tucson Outdoor Lighting Code.
