1. Provide police report referenced In 2nd paragraphs of Scope of Work.


2. In 7th paragraph of Scope of Work, provide date and any associated documentation related to TEP disconnecting electrical power at property owner’s request.


3. In Existing Electrical, delete reference to existing D222NRB disconnect or otherwise explain how it is located within or outside of existing main panel.


4. In New Electrical, specify distance between ground rods per NEC minimum.


5. In Partial Site Plan, correct reference to Oracle Rd and associated distance (as applicable to the latter).


6. In Title Block, correct number of sign faces.


7. Revise plans as necessary to reflect repair of damage to incoming and outgoing conduit and wiring at 206 panel.
