[Note the activity number shown in the email subject line is incorrect for this submittal]. Sheet 1 of 3 1. In Billboard Note #3, add APN 132-19-003D to reflect current location on two parcels, as well as the finished location. 2. In Billboard Note #8, add reference to required relocation (in addition to modification). 3. In Billboard Note #11, add reference to required relocation (in addition to modification). 4. In Title Block, add reference to required relocation (in addition to modification). 5. Provide additional site plan detail without aerial photograph overlay that shows, at a minimum, the respective distances from the existing and relocated column centers to the south and west property lines; the distances from the southwest and southeast catwalk corners to the south property line (closest point 15 feet from south property line); and the distances from the southwest and northwest catwalk corners to the west property line (closest point 15 feet from west property line). Sheet 2 of 3 1. In 3rd paragraph of Scope of Work, clarify if existing column pipe being cut off at grade means at top of concrete slab or earthen grade below the slab. 2. After 3rd paragraph of Scope of Work, insert paragraph specifying that a specific length of existing 36” column pipe is to be cut off and removed. 3. In 4th paragraph of Scope of Work, indicate base column to be like 36” column pipe and hole depth and backfill to be same as existing. 4. After 4th paragraph of Scope of Work, insert paragraph indicating that the existing 36” column pipe (remaining length) is to be attached to base column with butt splice or other acceptable means. 5. In 12th (final) paragraph of Scope of Work, clarify that it is the removed (cut off) section of 36” column pipe of specific length that is to remain on site until final inspection. 6. Add note indicating hole inspection to be called for prior to installation of base column. 7. In Title Block, add reference to required modification (in addition to relocation). Sheet 3 of 3 1. In New Sign Foundation, show 36” base column and butt splice or other acceptable means of attaching existing 36” column pipe (remaining length); also show footing depth and backfill or other footing material that matches existing. 2. Revise Column Pipe Splice Detail to show 36” base column and butt splice or other acceptable means of attaching 36” base column to existing 36” column (remaining length); also show base grade with dimension from base grade to top of 36” base column/butt splice., 3. Provide calculation to show the length of the existing 36” column to be cut off in order to achieve required reduction in height to 30 feet above base grade, accounting for the overall height reduction of eight feet, the height of the existing concrete footer above base grade (if existing column is to be cut off at top of footer), and the height above grade of the top of the new base column and associated butt splice (or other acceptable means of attachment). 4. In Z-Clip Detail, correct Rear View (the top half appears to have been inadvertently cut off). 5. In Title Block, add reference to required modification (in addition to relocation).
