Below are comments on the authorized electrical repair resubmittal for COT ID# 119 at 7801 E. Wrightstown Rd.. (T15BU00875). There are no new comments but are either the same comments as on the original submittal or those adjusted to reflect changes made from the original submittal.

1. Revise location of electrical service to same as current on east side of building on subject property.

1. Delete 3rd paragraph of Scope of Work,


2. In 4th paragraph of Scope of Work, indicate 2 ½" IMC riser to be installed in same location as for existing service on east side of building.


3. In 55h paragraph of Scope of Work, indicate meter socket and disconnect to be installed in same location as existing service on east side of building, adding reference to the 3/4" riser and weatherhead extending up from the disconnect.


4. In 8th paragraph of Scope of Work, delete phrase referring to relocation of weatherhead (and ½" EMT) from west face of billboard to east.


5. In Scope of Work, add clarifying language in appropriate paragraph that existing 206 panel to remain in same location.


6. Revise Partial Site Plan to delete customer-owned utility pole and to otherwise be consistent with electrical service location remaining on east side of building.


7. Revise New Electrical Riser Diagram to show IMC riser, meter socket, disconnect, ¾" riser, weatherhead, and ground wires/rods in same location as existing service and attached to east wall of building.

8. Show West Face Elevation instead of East Face Elevation with 206 panel in same location as existing.


9.. Reinsert Existing Building Electrical that was depicted on Sheet 2 of 2 in original submittal.
10. In Title Block, revise work title to authorized electrical repair (indicated as revised in Response Letter, but not revised on plan sheet).
