Below are comments on the authorized electrical repair submittal for COT ID# 119 at 7801 E. Wrightstown Rd.. (T15BU00875).

1. Revise location of UG feed consistent with comments on Sheet 2.

1. After 2nd paragraph of Scope of Work, insert paragraph indicating installation of utility pole or similar support for electrical service to replace support of building wall to be demolished.


2. In 3rd paragraph of Scope of Work, indicate IMC riser to be routed to existing (like) meter location.


3. In 4th paragraph of Scope of Work, add installation of NEC compliant disconnect


4. In 5th paragraph of Scope of Work, revise to clarify new replacement meter to be installed at existing location on replacement support and new replacement PRO206 panel to be installed at existing location on billboard support column;


5. In 5th or inserted paragraph(s), add reinstallation of existing or or installation of new like: a) 3/4" riser EMT and weatherhead with three (3) #6 conductors at existing meter location; b) ground rods and wiring at existing meter location; b) overhead triplex between meter and panel risers; c) 3/4" riser EMT and weatherhead with three (3) #6 conductors at PROG206 panel on unipole support column;


6. Add standard electrical note: no junction boxes or other fixtures where wire connections are made shall be added or replaced other than those shown on the plan.


7. Add standard electrical note: any excess fixtures, conduit, connections, wiring, or breakers, no longer being used to be removed.


8. Add standard note regarding removal of light fixtures from site (replicate Billboard Note #10 on Sheet 1).


9. Revise Partial Site Plan to be consistent with service being provided to existing meter location.


10. Add electrical riser diagram showing replacement UG feed, meter, disconnect, riser and support pole (or other support) at existing meter location.


11. In New Electrical Riser Diagram, delete meter and UG feed and add existing or new replacement ¾" EMT with three (3) #6 conductors; retitle as necessary.


12. In East Sign Face Elevation, delete meter and IMC riser and otherwise revise to reflect existing configuration.


13. In East Sign Face Elevation, depict the disconnect junction where existing ½" EMT and wiring will be removed from and new like is to be connected; also depict full run of ¾" EMT and weatherhead.


14. At appropriate location on plan sheet, indicate which replacement timer is to be installed and if it is to be housed inside of the PROG206 panel; assuming an ET8000 series Intermatic is being used, box the specific model in the ET8000 literature (presumably ET8015CR), add note that the enclosure is not being used (if applicable), and strike the Tork timer from the PROG206 literature.
15. In Title Block, revise work title to authorized electrical repair.
