Sheet 1 of 2 !. In Billboard Note #3, add the valuation of the proposed work. Sheet 2 of 2 1. Resolve conflict between 7th paragraph of Scope of Work and the two Electrical Riser Diagrams/South Face Elevation as to whether ¾" EMT from meter socket box to weatherhead is to be removed and reinstalled or to be replaced with like new. 2. In 9th paragraph of Scope of Work, clarify if ground rods and wire are to be replaced or added. 3. Relocate box on manufacturer's literature for ET8000 Series to reflect correct timer (ET8015CR). 4. Provide manufacturer's literature for the D221N disconnect specified in Scope of Work, rather than that for D221NRB (D221N has been specified in past comparable work, such as T12EL00763, and any upgrade would need to be justified as NEC requirement); revise model numbers indicated in the two Electrical Riser Diagrams, South Face Elevation, and One-Line Diagram accordingly. 5. Add standard note regarding removal of light fixtures from site (replicate Billboard Note #11 on Sheet 1). 6. Add standard note: "There shall be no lighting installation, removal, relocation, or repair, except as noted in Scope of Work". 7. In Title Block, refer to proposed work as Authorized Electrical Repair. |
