COMMENTS: the following comments are relative to an application for Historic Review and Design Development Option (DDO) (UDC 3.11.1).

Historic review is required.

This site is located in the HR-2 zone (UDC 4.7.9). A single-family residence (SFR) is a permitted use in this zone (Table 4.8-2). See Use-Specific Standards 4.9.7.B.5 - 9. 10.

The minimum setback is the greater of six (6) feet, or two-thirds (2/3) the height of the structure's wall facing each interior property line (Table 6.3-2.A). Based on a fence height of 7'-0' the required west perimeter yard is 6'-0", proposed setback to the west property line is 1'-6".

. The minimum setback to a side street property line is ten (10) feet (UDC Section 6.4.5.C.1.b). Based on a fence height of 6'-0' the required side street perimeter yard is 10'-0", proposed setback to the west property line is 1'-8
