Sheet 1 of 3 1. In Billboard Note #2, add Stipulation address (5700 N. Casa Grande Hwy). [Note: the address of 5500 N. Casa Grande Hwy that was apparently provided by Addressing and that the application was entered under is in error; the “true” address would be about 5610 and if the new assigned address is not to reflect the Stipulation/original permit address, it should at least reflect being above the section line address of 5600.] 2. In title block, change title to authorized repair and alteration. Sheet 2 of 3 1. In second paragraph of Scope of Work, delete phrase “and new (like) 12X 1 ¼” screws through Z=clips into stringers” as such screws are not existing. 2. In second paragraph of Scope of Work, clarify if Z-clips are to be replaced with like new. 3. In eleventh paragraph of Scope of Work, also indicate that safety cable bracket and associated hardware are to be added (or use separate paragraph). 4. In boxed note below Scope of Work, add subsection “(B)” to Exhibit 9, Section 2 authorizations to cover apron stringers. 5. In boxed note below Scope of Work, add subsection “(F)” to Exhibit 9, Section 2 authorizations to cover Z-clip replacement (if applicable). 6. In boxed note below Scope of Work, add subsection “(T)” to Exhibit 9, Section 2 authorizations to cover addition of safety cable channels and associated hardware. 7. In South Elevation, add horizontal measurement between centerline of existing uprights and indicate that it is existing and to remain same. 8. Add rear (north) elevation that depicts safety cables and safety cable brackets and shows vertical dimensions of bracket locations from top of upright. 9. In South Elevation and added rear elevation, include depiction of existing angle iron stringers that reflects their actual length not extending to the outer vertical edges of the wood panel sections. 10. In title block, change title to authorized repair and alteration. 11. Add date under engineer’s signature on seal and registration expiration date below seal. Sheet 3 of 3 1. Provide second wood section detail that shows how outermost wood panel section Z-clips will mount on existing angle iron stringers that do not extend out sufficiently support such Z-clips in their standard position; one additional detail will suffice if indicated that other end is mirrored. 2. In title block, change title to authorized repair and alteration. 3. Add date under engineer’s signature on seal and registration expiration date below seal. |
