Sheet 1 of 3 No comments. Sheet 2 of 3 1. In boxed note above Scope of Work, delete phrase “and Exhibit 9, Paragraph 5”. 2. In 1st and 16th paragraphs of Scope of Work respectively indicate removal and reinstallation of rigid conduit light fixture support arms; in 15th paragraph indicate reinstallation of light fixtures rather than replacement (or otherwise cite the Stipulation authority for replacement). 3. In 7th paragraph of Scope of Work, clarify if west upright and west offset are to be dissembled or not and if bolts and nuts connecting same are to be replaced or not. 4. In 9th paragraph of Scope of Work and South Face Elevation, revise term “Upright I-Beam” to “I-Beam” as the former is not used in the Stipulation and to distinguish more clearly from Uprights. 5. Provide line of separation between the 11th and 12th paragraphs of Scope of Work. 6. Revise 12th paragraph of Scope of Work to indicate that hole inspection to be called for prior to installation of replacement west I-beam and existing and replacement I-beams to be made available for inspection at that time. 7. In 16th paragraph of Scope of Work, clarify if duplex wire is to be replaced or simply reinstalled. 8. Add note that removed damaged I-beam to remain on site until final inspection approval. 9. In South Face Elevation, indicate west offset to be removed and reinstalled rather than to remain. 10. In Poster Panel Top View, indicate west offset, west upright, fluorescent light fixture, and light fixture rigid conduit supports to be removed and reinstalled rather than to remain; refer to uprights or upright tapers rather than upright I-beams. 11. In Catwalk Mounting Detail indicate west offset and catwalk to be removed and reinstalled rather than to remain and east offset to remain. 12. Add date on seal underneath engineer’s signature and expiration date of registration below seal. Sheet 3 of 3 1. In Offset Detail, indicate west offset and west upright to be removed and reinstalled rather than to remain; indicate east I-beam to remain rather than be replaced. 2. In Stringer Between Uprights, indicate west upright to be removed and reinstalled rather than to remain and east upright to remain (unless also being removed and reinstalled).. 3 In Poster Panel Side View, indicate vintage face panel and face panel clips to be removed and reinstalled rather than to remain; refer to backrail rather than stringer and provide dimension from bottom of upright to bottom of backrail. 4. Top Stringer Mounting Stringer Detail indicate vintage face panel to be removed and reinstalled rather than to remain and correct I-Beam reference to Upright or Upright Taper. 5. In three titles where used, revise term “Upright I-Beam” to “I-Beam” as the former is not used in the Stipulation and to distinguish more clearly from Uprights. 6.
