Sheet 1 of 3 No comments. Sheet 2 of 3 1. In boxed note above Scope of Work, add subsections “(A) and “(I)” to Exhibit 9, Section 2 authorizations. 2. In boxed note above Scope of Work, delete phrase “and Exhibit 9, Paragraph 5”. 3. In 1st and 16th paragraphs of Scope of Work respectively indicate removal and reinstallation of rigid conduit support arms. 4. In 3rd and 14th paragraphs of Scope of Work, add panel depth dimension (as per that shown on Sheet 3). 5. In reference to 3rd and 14th paragraphs of Scope of Work, the figure of exactly 36 panel clips per face appears to be understated; revise figure as necessary and provide text clarification at appropriate location on one of the plan sheets for this figure, including number per each stringer and if any are missing. If it is not possible to determine the exact number prior to disassembly, describe how this will addressed so existing is removed and reinstalled in a like manner. 6. In 8th paragraph of Scope of Work, clarify if west Upright Taper and Increment are to be dissembled or not and if bolts and nuts connecting same are to be replaced or not. 7. Delete the 10th paragraph of Scope of Work or, alternatively, indicate how the removed braces may be straightened/repaired and/or submit an unspecified repair request letter per Subparagraph 10.7 of the Stipulation for consideration. 8. Where used, revise term “Upright I-Beam” to “I-Beam” as the former is not used in the Stipulation and to distinguish more clearly from Uprights. 9. Add note that removed I-beam to remain on site until final inspection approval. 10. In boxed note regarding hole inspection add replacement I-beam to be onsite for inspection at same time as hole inspection. 11. In Title Block, delete “relocation”. 12. Add date on seal underneath engineer’s signature and expiration date of registration below seal. Sheet 3 of 3 1. Resolve conflict between respective above grade I-beam heights of 15’ 0” in South Face Sign Elevation and 15’ 10” in Upright I-Beam; assure segmented heights match overall height in South Face Sign Elevation. 2. Where used, revise term “Upright I-Beam” to “I-Beam” as the former is not used in the Stipulation and to distinguish more clearly from Uprights. 3. In Top Stringer Mounting Detail correct I-Beam reference to Upright or Upright Taper. 4. In South Face Elevation, Poster Panel Side View, Top Stringer Mounting Detail, and Stringer/Face Mounting, indicate face panels, west upright taper and west increment “to be removed and reinstalled” rather than “to remain”, as applicable. 5.
