Revise note 39 from notes change the word "TO" to "NO". Sheet 5 and 10: 1. Add/Show no parking fire lane signs to cul de sacs: No Parking Begin Fire Access lane (12"x18") No parking Fire Access (12"x18") No parking End fire Access Lane (as"x18") 2. Add/Show Stop Signs at exit to Silverbell road. Add No Outlet sign. 3. Add Speed Limit sign 25 mph at entrance area to subdivision from silverbell road. 4. Show street name signs (locations). Note that shop drawings must be submitted to COT Traffic engineering prior to manufacturing. 5. List quantities and descriptions for striping materials including number and type of RPMs, lineal footage quantities of longitudinal and transverse striping, arrows, and words symbols. The following comments need to be addressed in the subsequent review submittal. Please return redlined drawings with next submittal. Please reference PIA activity number on all correspondences. 1. Sheet1: Include Subdivision recordation information on cover sheet. 2. Sheet 1: Include the latest subdivision activity number on cover sheet. 3. Sheet 1: Include development plan activity number on cover sheet 4. Sheet 1: Provide Administrative address on cover sheet. 5. Sheet 4: Provide details of proposed stabilized surface treatment at the end of Dales Crossing Dr. The stabilized surface must be designed to support garbage trucks. 6.
