3. On page 9 of 10, For Pavement Marking General Notes, please use PCDOT/TDOT Pavement Marking Standards SHEET 2-1, disregard "hot-sprayed" from literature.

4. On page 9 of 10, For Signing General Notes, please use signing notes (provided).

SUBJECT: Silverbell Crossing - Phase A, Paving Plans - T4PI00011

PROJECT REVIEWER: Richard Leigh, DOT, Permits and Codes Section

RESUBMITTAL REQUIRED: TDOT Permits Section has reviewed the PIA paving plan and does not recommend approval at this time. The following comments need to be addressed in the subsequent review submittal. Please return any redlined drawings with next submittal and provide a written response addressing each comment. Reference PIA activity number on all correspondences.

1. Include the plan number "I-2014-011" in the title block of each sheet.
2. Include the PIA activity number "T14PI00011 on cover sheet.
3. Sheet 1: Include in legend all drawing lines used.
4. Submit a drainage statement addressing the revised drainage flow patterns which have resulted from subdivision roadway reconfiguration.
5. Provide driveway aprons per PC/COT S.D. 206 at drainage basins and sewer maintenance access points.
6. Sheet 3: Provide a section showing the slope protection around the cul-du-sac on the north end of Dales Crossing and include slope protection details.
7. Sheet 3: Call out proposed barricade railing along cul-du-sac at the north end of Dales Crossing and indicate the beginning and end of the railing.
8. Sheet 3: Has a Slope easement been recorded for the roadway embankment at the north end of Dales Crossing and Baby Bruno Way?
9. Sheet 3: Revise all call outs referencing the placement of four foot wide sidewalk to five foot wide. Per the City's Technical Standards Manual minimum sidewalk width is five feet.
10. Sheet 4: Call out proposed barricade railing along the box culvert headwalls on Dales Crossing and indicate the beginning and end of the railing.
11. Sheet 4: Correct the key reference for the box culvert on Dales Crossing.
12. Sheet 4: Show proposed box culvert in the profile view.
13. Sheet 4: Label slope and access easement along the southern property line with recordation information.
14. Sheet 5: Roadway section called out for Baby Bruno Way is not representative of the proposed roadway cross section. Per the plan profile the roadway is inverted.
15. Sheet 6: Provide a cross section of the pipe culvert across Baby Bruno Way (entrance).
16. Sheet 6: Revise drawing to indicate the placement of RCP pipe at the culvert crossing at Baby Bruno Way (entrance). Corrugated metal pipe is not permitted per the COT Standards Manual for Drainage Design.
17. Sheet 7: Provide pavement structural sections for each of the proposed pavement sections.
18. Sheet 7: Provide complete details for the proposed modified SD 308 catch basin. The detail provided does not provide enough detail to construct the catch basin.
19. Sheet 8: Indicate the placement of a survey monument per SD 103 at the intersection of Silverbell Road and Baby Bruno Way.
20. Sheet 8: Indicate a minimum 2' wide pavement section at end and beginning of the pavement tapers on Silverbell Rd.
21. Sheet 8: Indicate the placement of a thickened edge along pavement edge of Silverbell Rd.
22. Sheet 8: Indicate that the pavement will saw cut a minimum of one foot into the existing pavement for the pavement widening along Silverbell Road. .
23. Sheet 8: Indicate the construction of an 8' wide graded shoulder adjacent to the Silverbell Road pavement widening with a cross slope no greater than 2%.
