The following comments need to be addressed prior to submittal of the mylar plan set for signatures. 1. Include/complete the plan number "I-2014-010" in the title block of each sheet. 2. Include Development Services Department PIA activity number "T14PI00010 on cover sheet. 3. On page 3 of 4, EDIT Striping and Signing Notes as per red -lines. 4. On page 3 of 4, both "R3-5F" signs are to be on top of "R3-5R" signs. 5. On page 3 of 4, REMOVE all "R1-1" signs. 6. On page 3 of 4, ADD "No Left Turn" sign, "R3-5R" sign, and PVC post as per red-lines. 7. On page 3 of 4, ADD street names on plan.
