The following comments need to be addressed prior to in the subsequent review submittal. Please return redlined drawings with next submittal. 1. Include the plan number "U-2014-003" in the title block of each sheet. 2. Include Development Services Department PIA activity number "T14PI00002"on cover sheet. 3. Sheet 1 of 2: Use City of Tucson title blocks. 4. Provide a copy of the variance letter for allowing primary access form alley. 5. Include all lines and symbols in legend. 6. Sheet 2 of 2: Provide a centerline profile. 7. Sheet 2 of 2: Show sight visibility triangles at alley connections at Wilmot Rd and Eli Street. 8. Sheet 2 of 2: The one way alley should be changed from south to north to have traffic exit at Wilmot Rd or preferably Tampico Ave. 9. Sheet 2 of 2: Provide a cross section of alley. 10. Sheet 2 of2: Indicate asphalt mix number. 11. Provide a thickened edge along pavement edges. 12. Indicate the limits of proposed pavement. 13. Provide driveway aprons at Eli St and possibly Tampico Ave. Refer to redline plans for additional comments and comment details. Sheet 1 - Please provide a Streets and Traffic Maintenance signature block. 2. Sheet 1 - General Note 9 - Median Island new phone number is 791-3154 and Paul Rosenbooms new phone number is 837-6796. 3. Is this alley to be maintained by the City or with the homeowners be responcible? 4. Sheet 2 - Station 11+50 - It appears that this will convey drainage. Is there a plan to stabilize this area with regards to erosion? 5. Sheet 2 - What is the expected stormwater runoff for this alley? 6. Is the alley to be crowned or inverted? 7. Sheet 2 - Station 17+50 - Pavements seems to stop short of tying in to existing pavement. Please extend the asphalt to tie in. No further comments.
